Birthday Boy

If I'd been a smart little supermom, I would have planned Liam's birthday before our trip. But I didn't, and so we had to figure things out really fast. Not that it matters much with kids his age anyway. He and his friends invented their own games and had just as much fun as they did playing the ones I'd planned.

Tooth Fairy time

It was a little sooner than we expected, but Liam lost a tooth on vacation. I didn't expect to be doing the Tooth Fairy thing at our house until he was at least in school. Liam is very proud of how grown up he is becoming.

Vacation pictures

We were very lucky to attend a family reunion/birthday party with Mark's family recently. It was so easy to amuse the children--just throw them in the pool! Note to self: Installing a huge in-ground 80 foot pool in our backyard is a good idea.

Catch-up time

I'm trying to end my slacker streak. July was a busy month for our family, but I'll use lots of pictures and few words.

First, Nana and her friend Lisa came to visit us. We found some fun activities to do together.

Reasons I'm a blogging slacker

a) My computer died and Mark and I had to share the laptop he uses for work.
b) I'm too busy with Beauty and the Beast rehearsals (third time's a charm).
c) I don't feel like it because most of the time I only want to rest and sleep.
d) I have baby brain and it's hard enough to remember my name most days.
e) I'm too pregnant to care.
f) All of the above.
If you guessed f, you got it.
